Here we will explain how to request a house expansion in game and the restrictions to consider when you want to expand your house.
The fee is
1 Necroxia Point for every 3 SQM (Tiles) and the minimum expansion that can be requested is 30 SQM (10 Necroxia Points), for every 30 SQM expanded you can additionally request 1 bed in your house, you must include in the expansion request the location of the beds that you want to add to your house otherwise it will not be possible to add them later.
Before requesting the house expansion you have to check if any restriction apply to your expansion request, the restrictions are:
- It is not possible to merge two or more houses into one.
- It is not possible to expand on the lot of another house.
- It is not possible to partially/totally block a public road.
- The wall, tile and roof style can not be changed.
- It is not possible to build a upper/lower floor if there is another house above/below your house.
The expansions are very limited for houses that are both above and under another houses.
Usually the expansions requested are
gardens, balconies, rooftops a new upper/lower floor, remove/add walls to
add more rooms.
You can send us images and/or a detailed description to explain us how to build your expansion otherwise we will do the expansion for you as best as possible.
If you request a house expansion of 300 SQM (100 Necroxia Points) or higher, you'll additionally receive a special decoration for your house such as:
Fire Walls next to the house entrance, a
raft (Houses near to the sea only), underground sea view, among others. However, this special decoration is only possible if you request a house expansion of 300 SQM or higher, the previous house expansions does not count.
Every house owner can request up to 2 beds free of charge per house if your house does not have any bed or only has one. To request the additional beds, just place 1 platinum/gold coin on the tiles that you want your bed (beds size is 2 tiles).
A hammock will be added instead of a normal bed when the bed is requested to be located outside the building in places such as: balconies, gardens. It is not possible to add a hammock inside the building or a normal bed outside the building.
To request a bed send us an image or place 1 platinum/gold coin on the tiles that you want your bed.
You can request a
Skilling Tile for a fee of
8 Necroxia Points, the points must be in the account of the owner of the house, just put 1 crystal coin on the tile where you want the
Skilling Tile as shown in the image.
Its only possible to move the beds or skilling tiles if you make a new expansion request, you must include in the request the new location of the bed/skilling tile.
To request a house expansion, beds or skilling tiles send us an email to
necroxiadonations@gmail.com, you must include in the request your House's name, House's owner name and the details of the request (House expansion, beds, skilling tile). The Necroxia Points must be in the account of the house's owner and the email must be sent from the registered email in that account.
Important Note:
If you do not pay the rent of your house or are inactive for more than 30 days, you will lose your house even if you have made expansions.
