Hello, the last days we have received complains about donator items disappearing due to server crashes, but we have confirmed that it is player's fault and not the server fault because they share their account with their "partner" and/or "best friends" and then they get hacked or lost their items. the common reasons because a player is hacked are the following:

- Account sharing.
- Using your account info on sites different to www.necroxia.com
- accepting infected files like Keyloggers or Virus (they are usually send via e-mail or msn).

we also have found some players selling their donator items and then reporting them as stolen, for this reason we have decided to DO NOT GIVE BACK any lost item.
Remember to get your Recovery Key to recover your account in case that you lose it.

You may report any donator item lost due to server crash, Necroxia team will reply your case within 48 hours.
