Starting on September 27, 2017 players will lose all their objects when die red/black skull, this is because when some players die did not lost anything while others in the ither hand lost the whole set.

Due to the fact that all objects are currently lost we have drastically reduced the cost of retrieving objects by dying red/black skull, this means that if you had to give 396 Necroxia Points to retrieval 6 items +15 with augments, now you would have to give 90 Necroxia Points.

This list will only apply for new deaths with red/black skull, players who have lost they objects in previous days and have not recovered yet must give the Necroxia Points corresponding to the previous list.

To recover the item you must have the Necroxia Points in the account of the character that lost the item and send an email to necroxiadonations@gmail.com with the following information:

Character Name (where the item was lost)
Item Name and Upgrading Level
Item's IUC

If you do not remember the IUC of the item not worry, with the other data is enought to retrieve them, rememeber that the request must be send from the registered email to the account of the character who lost the item.

If your set has been broken by hacking when sharing your account or any other reason you must give the Necroxia Points for the retrieve.
