If your account has been hacked and you have lost valuable items such as parts of the Blazing, Demonic or Necroxia set, Exp Boots x2 Cards, Exp Boost x3 Scrolls, Training Zone Tickets, Donator Points, among others. Please write us at necroxiadonations@gmail.com with the name of your character, server name which it belong(Origin), the hacked items and/or their IUC and any information that you think can help us solve this.
Sooner the report is made, easier we can help you to recover the objects. We will do everything to recover your hacked items as well as ban the guilty.
